Pre-op
I had to take pill to fall asleep as I couldn't breathe through my nose.
The effect of the pills were limited, and that's how I found out about GNG.
I didn't like my upturned nose tip anyways, I wanted to fix both aesthetics and function of my nose.

This is how I look after 2weeks having fat graft and rhinoplasty.
The swelling wasn't so bad, but I had some bruising all over my face.
Hopefully it gets better^
