We only perform osteotomy
when nose bridge is broad

When revising a hump nose, GNG already has the operational expertise and technology for that. Most of the time, osteotomy is not necessary.
However, if the nose bridge is broad, the nose tip will become more bulbous if only the hump nose is grinded down and straightened.
For this case, it is better to get an osteotomy to reduce the size of the nasal bone.
