What is arrow/long nose rhinoplasty?

Arrow/long nose refers to the droopy nose tip that covers the philtrum. The cause of this is due to the position of the alar cartilage and overdeveloped septum. To correct this, the droopy tip must be projected.
GNG arrow/long nose rhinoplasty repositions the cartilage and corrects septum deviation to reduce the length of the nose and creating a softer facial impression.

What is a HEPA filter ventilated operation room?
The air outside the operating room is filtered cleanly by the HEPA filter and circulated inside.
