What is GNG Ptosis Correction?
Ptosis Correction is a procedure for eyes with weak eye opening muscles and skin tissue that cover too much of the pupils or gives an impression of sleepy-looking eyes. The procedure transforms your appearance from sleepy looking to a clear and lively appearance. Unlike standard double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction requires functional and aesthetic improvement of eyes which is why precise diagnoses must be made during consultation and also based on examination results. Non-incisional Ptosis Correction
A micro hole is made without incision to insert a thread to adjust the levator palpebrae superioris, tarsal plate and Muller’s muscle to shorten the length of the droopy muscle.

Muscle length is reduced and fastened on the tarsal plate. It is then sutured.

Incisional Ptosis Correction
An incision is made on the eyelid to bring forward the levator palpebrae and Muller’s muscle to excise the excess amount and firmly fasten the muscle.
